We’re planning to reopen between Monday 4 and Monday 11 January 2027, with our return date guided by customer demand so we can best support your projects in the new year.

Final deliveries and pick-ups
- VIC metro bookings: Confirm pick-ups and deliveries with your Account Manager or Customer Experience team by close of business Tuesday 22 December.
- Final dispatches: Scheduled warehouse departures until midday Wednesday 23 December.
- Melbourne metro pick-ups: Available until midday Wednesday 23 December.
- Interstate deliveries: Book by Friday 11 December to allow for seasonal transport demand.
