Printing
We have a full range of printing capabilities enabling us to create strongly branded finished solutions on Corflute® and solid plastic sheet.
Our specialist printing team will select the best printing method suited to your product, application and budget.
Print processes include:
- Wide format digital printing
- Screen printing
- Flexographic printing
- On-extrusion line flexographic
Zünd Cutting
We use Zünd digital cutters that are configured to plastics that we make. We use the Zünd digital creasers and cutters for a range of finished product services including samples and production runs.
Forme Cutting
We use both automatic flat-bed and clam-shell cutting systems for large production runs.
Assembly & finishing
There’s not much we can’t do with Corflute®! Our fabrication team have a diverse range of skills and expertise to complete and packaging or bespoke product solution.
- Mechanical fastening: Ultra-sonic welding, metal rivets and locking tabs
- Corners & Rails: Providing strength and rigidity, plastic corners and rails
- Handles: Woven fabric and moulded handles
- Assembly: We can assembly your products so that they are ready to use.
