Overview

Printable, durable, and sustainable; made from 100% recyclable polypropylene. Corex Pallet Layer Pads are designed to create product protection between layers when transporting products.

Solid Plastic Sheet option ideal for heavy duty loading such as glass bottles. Highly durable and long lasting.

Fluteboard® Layer Boards are ideal for lighter produce such as food jars, tins, and bottles. Fluteboard layer pads are available with the unique Corex sealed edge profile to meet HACCP requirements.

Return your Solid Plastic Sheets or Fluteboard for recycling and reprocessing.

Applications include materials handling in the FMCG industry.

  • Designed to suit pallets and bespoke sizes
  • Fluteboard® – from 2.5 – 8mm / 350-2000GSM
  • Solid sheet – up to 4.8mm

Colours & finishes

  • Standard colours available including 100% recycled black
  • Customise to corporate colour making your Layer Pad easily identifiable
  • Solid layered sheet available for double-sided, gripped surfaces 
  • Smooth finish available

Options

  • Made in your distinctive corporate colours
  • Print your branding with flexographic printing
  • Edge-sealing capability on Fluteboard product enabling the Layer Pad to remain HACCP-compliant (closes flutes)
  • Radiused corners to avoid tearing pallet wrap

Recycling

When your Fluteboard and Solid Sheet products are ready to retire, Corex can recycle and reprocess them creating a circular economy.

We supply industrial size recycling bins called Corpaks® to our clients and partners.
