We are your one-stop shop, from making the genuine Corflute® sheet through to recycling your used Corflute® Election Signs. Corex can manage the whole process. We extrude the material, print, cut, pack and ship your Corflute® Election Signs. We don’t use PVC or any other contaminants in our Corflute® Election Signs so when you don’t need your signs any longer, we can take them back, recycle and reuse the waste for products of tomorrow.

Indoor & outdoor use

Corflute® Election Signs are made from Australian polypropylene. Polypropylene is extremely long lasting, durable and water resistant making it an excellent plastic for indoor and outdoor applications.

Durable & light

Corflute® is a fluted (or corrugated) extruded sheet so although Corflute® Signs are rigid, the flutes make them lightweight.

No nasties

We use unique ‘integral cable tie holes’ that have a sealed edge, which reinforces the holes without needing to use additional eyelets. This keeps the sign contaminant free and recyclable.

100% recyclable at Corex Recycling

We do not use PVC for your promotional prints but rather print directly to the Corflute® creating a clean product perfect for seamless recycling at Corex Recycling. There is no problem recycling ink printed directly to Corflute®.

We make economical 3mm and 5mm thick Corflute® election sign from our own genuine Corflute sheet that we make on site in our circular economy.

Integral eyelet holes

Our standard Corflute® election signs include (at no additional cost) 4 ‘integral eyelets’ . This Corex innovation was designed to replace metal and plastic eyelets which are expensive and cannot be recycled.

We have conducted tensile (performance) testing in our Corex Laboratory. Our unique integral eyelets have sealed flutes around the holes making them 3 times stronger that hole cutting alone!

Custom sizes

We can also make customised sizes within our stock sheet size perimeters (2440 x 1220mm) or extrude custom sheet to maximise sheet yield on large volume runs.

Corflute® Election Signs are corona treated for supreme ink adhesion and treated with a UV stabiliser increasing the lifespan of the product.

We digitally print your artwork directly to Corflute® on our high-resolution UV flatbed presses.

When designing your artwork include the message, ‘I’m Genuine Corflute® made in Australia by Corex. Return for reuse in our circular economy’.

Ask your Corflute® specialist to include “Corflute® Recycling approved” branding to ensure that we know that your Corflute® election sign was made using genuine Corflute®.
