Overview
This is a sustainable version of our graphic Corflute sheet. It is composed of 50% recycled content (mix of post-consumer, post-industrial) and 50% virgin materials to strike the ultimate balance between “Eco” and “Performance” for our printing customers.
Corflute® eco has a beautiful recycled look and usually has an off-white appearance with a subtle speckle.
Corflute® eco has an inherently beautiful recycled look and varies in colour depending on the source of the recycled material. It generally has an off-white / light grey appearance with a subtle speckle.
We can also make black (or nearly black) recycled Corflute® when using pellets from recycled dark or coloured scrap. This can be used in premium graphic applications like Imageboard® eco.
All other mechanical and printing attributes remain the same as Corflute®.
How is Corflute® eco made?
At our in-house state-of-the-art recycling facility, returned Corflute® and other polypropylene waste and off-cuts are recycled and reused to create Corflute® eco. (Read more about our recycling program).
Both Corflute® and Corflute® eco can be recycled again and again.
