Fluteboard^®

Fluteboard® is a 100% recyclable twin wall polypropylene material available in a broad range of stock colours, with the option of creating custom colours in both sheet and roll formats.

Fluteboard can be printed online during the sheet extrusion process making this product ideal for building, construction, and packaging applications. Labels can also be applied online.

Fluteboard can be extruded to 2600mm wide, in lengths up to 5 meters; the widest polypropylene twin wall sheet made in Australia. Fluteboard is also available in rolls up to 300 meters.

Minimum Order Quantities

We manufacture to order in pallet quantities. Generally MOQ is between 120 & 600 sheets depending on thickness. For smaller quantities, please email hello@corex.com.au for stockist list.

• Printability: Corona surface treatment applied to enable ink adhesion. Ideal for screen and digital printing
• Wettability: Unaffected by water. Ideal for outdoor signage
• UV stabilised option intended for outdoor applications 
• Surface temperature: Fluteboard retains integrity between minus 20℃ to 85℃
• Options: Anti-static protection, Flame Retardant, Talc filled for rigidity and thermal stability

Every sheet of Corflute® is invited to be brought back. We supply industrial size recycling bins called Corpaks® to our clients and partners.
