PROMEG® Girobond Polypropylene Sheet

PROMEG® Girobond Polypropylene Sheet is specially formulated for offset printing with excellent ink adhesion and dimensional stability. Popular in corporate folders, POS display, and promotional print collateral.

You can print almost anything on PROMEG® Girobond. Its luxurious matt finish creates an even print for UV offset presses, with crisp image definition and vivid true-to-life. And it’s durable – withstanding more abuse than paper and cardboard ever could, while still looking stunning. Gentler on the press and safer in the working environment.

All PROMEG® Girobond sheets have a super silky matt finish on both sides, similar to Bond paper.

  • PROMEG® Dueco Girobond: White silky smooth finish on ones side, complimented buy 100% recycled Marmo on the second side (off white to light grey / beige with subtle speckle).
  • PROMEG® Clear Girobond: Slightly frosted clear appearance with a silky matt finish for even print on UV offset presses.

PROMEG® Polypropylene FAQs

Here are some frequently asked questions about polypropylene stock to help you better understand their uses, benefits, and purchasing options

  • Do you make recycled PROMEG®?
    We make many recycled products in our ECOLOGIA® range. MARMO® is our polypropylene made from 100% post-industrial waste. It has an off-white colour with flecks in the sheet. KERBECO® is made from consumer waste recovered from kerb-side recycling.
  • Does Polypropylene (PP) or Polyethylene (PE) have the least environmental impact?
    Comparing the raw material footprint and environmental impact of PP and PE can be complex and depends on various factors, including the production processes, energy consumption, transportation, and end-of-life management. Life cycle assessments (LCAs) can provide a more detailed analysis of the environmental impact of specific materials or products.
  • What colours and thicknesses are PROMEG® polypropylene sheets available in? Can you make custom colours?
    PROMEG® is stocked in a wide range of opaque and translucent colours including, natural (frosted), white, black, yellow, orange, burgundy, blues, red, greens, greys, silver, and translucent orange, yellow, pink, red, purple, blue, green and grey. We also make custom colours to match branding and Pantones. PROMEG® stock gauges include; 0.38mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.4mm and 1.9mm.
  • Can PROMEG® polypropylene sheets be recycled?
    PROMEG® is made from Polypropylene which is 100% recyclable. When your PROMEG® products are ready to retire or if you have post-industrial scrap you want to return, Corex Recycling can recycle and reuse them. Every sheet of PROMEG® is invited to be brought back.
  • Can I still contact Megara directly?
