Overview

PROMEG® Opaque White & Coloured Sheet

PROMEG® is Australia’s locally made 100% recyclable polypropylene sheet. It has a highly cosmetic finish designed to be screen, digital or offset printed. PROMEG® has superior ink adhesion and lay-flat qualities to reduce printing costs and production time. It can be printed on both sides, hinged, folded, creased, die-cut and curved.

PROMEG® Opaque polypropylene sheet includes a vibrant, saturated range of colours ideal for signage, POS, and educational products. UV-stable and impact-resistant, making it great for indoor and outdoor applications.

Available in a wide range of opaque colours. We also create customised colours and sizes to your exact requirements.

Made by Megara Australia (now Corex) for more than 50 years. PROMEG® is 100% recyclable.

Colours & Customisation

PROMEG® polypropylene is available in a wide range of opaque colours including White, Yellow, Orange, Burgundy, Red, Blue (aqua), Oxford Blue, Genesis Blue, Green (lime), Bottle Green, Grey (light), Charcoal Grey, Silver Ghost, and Black.

Finish

All PROMEG® Opaque sheets have a ‘sand’ finish on both sides (s/s). ‘Sand’ has a matt, non-gloss feel.

Custom Colours & Variations

As well as holding the below sheets ‘ready to order’, we can also create custom colours, sheet, and roll sizes for your specific needs. MOQ’s apply.

PROMEG® Polypropylene FAQs

Here are some frequently asked questions about polypropylene stock to help you better understand their uses, benefits, and purchasing options

  • Do you make recycled PROMEG®?
    We make many recycled products in our ECOLOGIA® range. MARMO® is our polypropylene made from 100% post-industrial waste. It has an off-white colour with flecks in the sheet. KERBECO® is made from consumer waste recovered from kerb-side recycling.
  • Does Polypropylene (PP) or Polyethylene (PE) have the least environmental impact?
    Comparing the raw material footprint and environmental impact of PP and PE can be complex and depends on various factors, including the production processes, energy consumption, transportation, and end-of-life management. Life cycle assessments (LCAs) can provide a more detailed analysis of the environmental impact of specific materials or products.
  • What colours and thicknesses are PROMEG® polypropylene sheets available in? Can you make custom colours?
    PROMEG® is stocked in a wide range of opaque and translucent colours including, natural (frosted), white, black, yellow, orange, burgundy, blues, red, greens, greys, silver, and translucent orange, yellow, pink, red, purple, blue, green and grey. We also make custom colours to match branding and Pantones. PROMEG® stock gauges include; 0.38mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.4mm and 1.9mm.
  • Can PROMEG® polypropylene sheets be recycled?
    PROMEG® is made from Polypropylene which is 100% recyclable. When your PROMEG® products are ready to retire or if you have post-industrial scrap you want to return, Corex Recycling can recycle and reuse them. Every sheet of PROMEG® is invited to be brought back.
  • Can I still contact Megara directly?
