Welcome to our Corflute® Supermarket Range!

We hold 6 Corflute® colours in stock including Natural/Clear Corflute, Blue Corflute, Red Corflute, Yellow Corflute, Grey Corflute, and Green Corflute®.

Although larger runs will provide you with the most economical solution (pallet quantities), we have created an “off-the-shelf range” suitable for people looking for smaller quantities or to trial.

If you are looking for best value for money, buy in bulk. We make Corflute® coloured sheets in 1/2 pallet quantities which is our most economical option.

We also make custom colours to match branding and Pantone colours when you order our minimum order quantities. We can also make natural colour sheet (frosted clear appearance).

Our MOQ for custom Corflute® sheet colours is between 120 & 600 sheets depending on thickness and sheet size.

All Corflute® Colours and Natural/Clear sheets are stocked in ream packs of 10 sheets. Packs can not be broken.

We can only sell in full pack quantities. E.g. 10, 20, 30 sheets and so on

What is Corflute®?

Corflute® is tradmarked by Corex Australia. Corflute is a proprietary twin wall profile plastic (polypropylene) sheet used in packaging and high-end graphic solutions. Corex Range includes Corflute®, Fluteboard®, Imageboard®, Versamount® and 100% Recycled Corflute®. Learn more
What is Corflute® made from?

Corflute is made from a type of fluted plastic called polypropylene that is both lightweight and solid. Usually 3mm or 5mm in gauge, Corflute’s structure is two flat sheets with a ribbed center layer. Due to being made from plastic, Corflute can be used for printing bright and colourful signs.
Can Corflute® be recycled?

Corflute® is is made from Polypropylene which is 100% recyclable.
Do you offer a plastic recycling service?

When your Corflute® products are ready to retire or if you have post-industrial waste you want to return, Corex Recycling can recycle and reuse them. Every sheet of Corflute® is invited to be brought back. We supply industrial size recycling bins called Corpaks® to our clients and partners.
What happens to the plastic that’s brought back to Corex Recycling?

We process and recycle every kilogram of plastic we receive on site. All of the processed material returned to us have a use within Corex Plastics. In the rare occasion that Corex Plastics do not have a use to suit the recycled polymer, we will only then sell to local plastic manufactures that make products that could be sent back to us for recycling. How to cut Corflute®?

Corflute® can be cut using a box-cutter knife. On site, we offer guillotining, Zund plotter cutting, and die-cutting services.
Is Corflute® waterproof?

Corflute® is waterproof. It is a great solution for use in wet packing locations like hydro-cooling and refrigeration. Corflute is also an excellent solution for outdoor signage, like bollard and fence advertising.
What size does Corflute® come in?

We make Corflute® sheet to order. Lengths (dimension along flutes), 450mm to 5000mm. Maximum width (dimension across flutes) 2600mm. For standard sheet sizes go to Corflute®

What is the maximum thickness of Corflute®?

Corflute® can be made in thicknesses between 2mm and 10mm.
