PROMEG® hospital folders are water-resistant so they can be wiped clean without causing any damage to the folder.
We can include MediClip’s which are plastic fastener systems designed to securely bind documents within the hospital folders. MediClip’s allow for easy insertion, removal, and organisation of papers without the need to remove the entire stack.

MediClip
We can include MediClip’s which are plastic fastener systems designed to securely bind documents within the hospital folders.
A MediClip is a three-part plastic fastener system, commonly used in healthcare and office settings. It allows for easy insertion, removal, and organisation of papers without the need to remove the entire stack.
We can create printed sections for labelling or branding.
PROMEG® polypropylene is manufactured with a unique surface finish enabling us to print directly to the material.

- Common size is oversize A4 – 311mm h x 225mm w with 10mm capacity. Ask our team to create a custom design to suit your application.
Thickness
- 0.6mm thickness sheets are generally suitable options for PROMEG® polypropylene hospital folders.

Do you make recycled PROMEG®?We make many recycled products in our ECOLOGIA® range. MARMO® is our polypropylene made from 100% post-industrial waste. It has an off-white colour with flecks in the sheet. KERBECO® is made from consumer waste recovered from kerb-side recycling.

Does Polypropylene (PP) or Polyethylene (PE) have the least environmental impact?Comparing the raw material footprint and environmental impact of PP and PE can be complex and depends on various factors, including the production processes, energy consumption, transportation, and end-of-life management. Life cycle assessments (LCAs) can provide a more detailed analysis of the environmental impact of specific materials or products.

What colours and thicknesses are PROMEG® polypropylene sheets available in? Can you make custom colours?PROMEG® is stocked in a wide range of opaque and translucent colours including, natural (frosted), white, black, yellow, orange, burgundy, blues, red, greens, greys, silver, and translucent orange, yellow, pink, red, purple, blue, green and grey. We also make custom colours to match branding and Pantones. PROMEG® stock gauges include; 0.38mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.4mm and 1.9mm.

Can PROMEG® polypropylene sheets be recycled?PROMEG® is made from Polypropylene which is 100% recyclable. When your PROMEG® products are ready to retire or if you have post-industrial scrap you want to return, Corex Recycling can recycle and reuse them. Every sheet of PROMEG® is invited to be brought back.
