Megara has a new website!

We have relaunched the Corex website so that it represents all three businesses: Corex Plastics, Megara, and Corex Recycling. You can now find us at www.corex.com.au
Relaunch of Megara Website
Whilst Megara’s website has changed, our people, and internal processes remain the same. You can contact us, make enquiries, ask for quotations, and order products in the same way that you have always done.
Our goal is to make our website integration as seamless as possible for you, whilst incorporating more information, up to date products, and make contacting us to request samples and pricing, quicker than ever before.
The relaunch includes a logo update, with Corex ‘name brand mark’ element unchanged, complemented by the Megara ‘Closed Loop’ symbol which was designed in 2009 to celebrate being the “World’s First Carbon Neutral Plastic Sheet™”. Read more on the brand update here.

A Shared Vision for Circular Design
At the heart of both Megara and Corex is a commitment to locally manufactured, closed-loop solutions using polypropylene—a versatile, durable, and recyclable material.
Megara specialises in design-led, premium-grade polypropylene products for marketing, display, packaging, and document presentation. Our ranges such as PROMEG® Eco and PROMEG® Trans embody modern design, tactile quality, and material intelligence. Meanwhile, Corex, the exclusive manufacturer of Corflute® in Australia, provides the structural base material we rely on for many of our eco-friendly innovations.
Closed-Loop Manufacturing—Proudly Australian
Together, we champion closed-loop manufacturing. Here’s how it works:
- Design: We create visually stunning, purposeful products using Corflute®, PROMEG®, and specialty polypropylene sheets.
- Use: Clients use these materials in campaigns, packaging, POS displays, and more.
- Recover: Once no longer needed, materials are returned via recycling programs operated by Corex Recycling.
- Reprocess: Corex re-pelletises the polypropylene and supplies it back into the chain as Corflute® Eco or sheet material for PROMEG® Ecorange lines.
This loop closes the gap between design and responsibility—ensuring nothing ends up in landfill that could have another life.
Why It Matters
- Locally made = lower carbon footprint
- 100% recyclable, reusable, and circular
- Perfect for clients seeking sustainable marketing and packaging solutions
- Supported by two of Australia’s leading plastics manufacturers; Corex and Megara.
