Solid Plastic Sheeting

Corex solid sheet is suitable for printing, die-cutting and thermoforming. We extrude a range of customised solid profile polyolefin sheet (Polypropylene, HDPE, HMWHDPE, and blends). Single profile and co-extruded profiles available with a variety surface finishes. 

We manufacture solid sheet to order generally in 1 tonne MOQ’s.

• 1.5 mm – 8 mm gauge PP
• 1.5 mm – 9.5 mm gauge PE
• Maximum width 2000* (dependent on gauge)
• Sheet lengths up to 6000
• Rolls: 1-5mm gauge, 1900 wide, maximum lengths based on practical load limits

Colours & finishes

• Standard colours white, black, yellow, blue, red, green, and light grey
• Customise to Pantone and corporate colour
• Dual colour / co-extrusion options
• Finishes: Smooth, Gloss, Levant (embossed look), Pinseal (sand look)

• Corona treatment for printable surface
• Translucent enhancer
• Anti-static protection, flame retardant

When your sheet products are ready to retire or if you have post-industrial waste you want to return, Corex can recycle and reuse them.
