We design every picking box to suit your needs, but common sizes are;

• 600mm (Length / depth in the shelf) x 400mm (Width / front face of shelf) x 200mm (Height). Example of this size here >
• People generally have different height requirements to suit warehouse racking and product sizes.

• Material: Australian made Corflute® is comprised from 100% recyclable polypropylene
• Printability: Corona surface treatment applied to enable ink adhesion. Ideal for screen and digital printing
• Assembly: Flat-pack design. No tape or glue required. Fold in under 1 minute.
• Weight loading: This will depend on design and how the picking trays are stacked. Sample testing prior to production run required.
• Stackable: Box / tray designed with integral tabs and slots that nest into each other to create stacks of picking boxes; side by side, and vertically.
• Recyclable: Recycle FOC at end of life with Corex Recycling
