Corflute® Ecorange Sheet

Corflute ecorange® is our carbon neutral graphic grade offering in the Corflute® family. There are two products in this range; Corflute® eco and Imageboard® eco. Australian Made and 100% recycleable.

Overview

Corflute ecorange® is our carbon neutral graphic grade offering in the Corflute® family.

NEW Imageboard eco® is made using a black Corflute® core sandwiched between two layers of premium digital print grade PROMEG® polypropylene. The result is a lightweight sheet with a super smooth printing surface. The black core creates a beautiful sheet edge for signage applications. The super smooth digital PROMEG® surface of Imageboard® eco provides an ideal substrate for printing, with outstanding ink adhesion resulting in high image quality.

Corflute® eco is made from a combination of 50% consumer and post-industrial waste together with virgin polypropylene, resulting in a premium graphic grade material. This sheet usually has an off-white / light grey look with a very subtle speckle due to its recycled content.

Sustainability

Through maximising the amount of material that we recycle, we can benefit the environment by:

  • Using recycled material extending the life of a raw material resource.
  • Whatever emissions can’t be reduced are offset through purchasing certified carbon credits, resulting in a 100% carbon neutral sheet.
  • We recycle all of our post-industrial waste and reuse it in our ecorange with no material going to landfill.
  • We have taken the pledge in making zero pellet loss our goal through our partnership with Operation Clean Sweep so that no pollutants enter our water streams.
  • Ecorange is 100% recyclable.

ecorange® products are designed to be reused again and again. Once finished with your products, we invite them to be returned Corex Recycling.

We pride ourselves on our reduced footprint and have been trail-blazers in recycling and reusing plastics, well before the current narrative about circular economy was coined. Corex products are designed to be reused again and again. When the product is ready to retire or if you have post-industrial waste, we can collect it, recycle it, and reuse it. Every sheet of Corflute® is invited to be brought back. We supply industrial size recycling bins called Corpaks to our clients and partners. We take back a range of other plastics for recycling also. If you would like plastic or Corflute recycled, contact us and we will provide a recycling solution that suits your location and product. Our Corex Recycling facility works alongside the factory that produces Corflute.
