PROMEG® Polypropylene Stock Sheet

PROMEG® – Designer, Megara Australia.

PROMEG® is Australia’s locally made 100% recyclable polypropylene sheet. It has a highly cosmetic finish designed to be screen, digital or offset printed.

PROMEG® has superior ink adhesion and lay-flat qualities to reduce printing costs and production time. It can be printed both sides, hinged, folded, creased, die-cut and curved.

PROMEG® sheet is stocked and in a variety of our most popular clear and coloured sheets and in ranges such as Ecorange® and Kerbeco® for those wanting sheet with recycled content, Girobond® designed for offset printing, and PROMEG® Digital designed for large format digital presses.

Apart from our stock range, we also manufacture PROMEG® sheet to your exact size, colour and application requirements.

PROMEG Ecorange®

PROMEG Ecorange® is the world’s first 100% carbon neutral polypropylene sheet. Its recycled content ranges from 50% for Dueco® and Kerbeco®, to 100% for Marmo®, Transeco® and Jeteco®.

  • Marmo®: off-white / green-ish, marble-like speckle
  • Dueco®: 2-sided duplex. White A side; Marmo B side
  • Jeteco®: dense black
  • Kerbeco®: mostly white with odd recycled fleck

Finish: ALL Ecorange® sheets have a sand finish on both sides (Sand/Sand). Sand has a matt, non-gloss feel.

PROMEG® Trans Colour range was developed for people that want to blend contemporary colours with translucency.

PROMEG® Trans colour polypropylene sheets are available in Trans White only at this time but we so have some trans colours available in our ex-stock sale.

We now manufacture a wide range of trans colours to order including Trans Yellow (206), Trans Orange (309), Trans Pink (409), Trans Red (484), Trans Purple (492), Trans Blue (529), Trans Green (609) and Trans Grey (733). PROMEG® Girobond

Designed for Offset Printing.

You can print almost anything on PROMEG® Girobond. Its luxurious matt finish creates an even print for UV offset presses, with crisp image definition and vivid true-to-life appearance.

And it’s durable – withstanding more abuse than paper and cardboard ever could, while still looking stunning. Gentler on the press and safer in the working environment.

Finish: Girobond/Girobond. All PROMEG® Girobond sheets have a super silky matt finish on both sides, similar to Bond paper.

Large Format & Designed for Digital Printing.

PROMEG® Digital’s special formulation creates a surface for superior ink adhesion and lay-flat qualities reducing your printing costs and production time.

It can be printed both sides, hinged, folded, creased, die-cut and curved. With your cutting table you can explore endless possibilities for shape cut packaging and display solutions.

As well as PROMEG® Digital Large format sheet, we also have a variety of PROMEG® Standard Blend Large format sheets- non-digital blend. (table 2 below)

Stencil

Sheet for Stencil Cutting.

PROMEG® Stencil sheet is made with a special formulation to minimise paint adhesion with maximum UV stability for outdoor usage.

PROMEG® Stencil sheet is made with 50% recycled content so its colour will vary from khaki to pinkish tones. This sheet has no corona treatment which minimises paint adhesion to keep your stencil with minimum paint build up. This formulation includes UV stabilisers to prevent the sheet from decaying when used outdoors.

Finish: PROMEG® Stencil sheet has a matt, sand/sand finish.
