Corpak^® Bulk Packaging

Corex have designed a proprietary range of intermediate bulk handling containers (IBC) called Corpak®. 

Corpak® containers are built for strength, convenience, and flexibility and lend themselves to storage and distribution of bulky parts and loose products. Corpak® containers have endless applications are ideal for freighting items such as;

• Cut flowers
• Fresh produce
• Manufactured components

We can customise the design with shelves and other supporting features for unique applications such as cut flower distribution.

Corpak® combines thermoformed HDPE pallet bases together with an interlocking foldable, durable, impact resistant Fluteboard® wrap (brandable outer sleeve). Each unit can be flat-packed while the lids and base are heavy duty, stackable and nestable.

• Option: ‘sealed edge’ technology (closes flutes), makes the design suitable for clean room environments where contaminants are a concern

Size & formats:

• Rigid Pallet base and lid (external): 1200mm x 1200mm thermoformed HDPE.
• Corpak® sleeve (internal dimension): 1135mm x 1135mm x with custom height (maximum 1150mm) x 8mm Fluteboard®. *Internal measurement varies depending on the pallet and sleeve combination. [Internal dimensions bigger than base?]
• Overall design can be customised to suit your specific requirements
• Fluteboard® wrap (brandable outer sleeve) can be designed to folded flat for storage on the base, minimising valuable warehouse space when not in use

Stock colours & print options:

• Standard colours available including 100% recycled black
• Customise to corporate colour making your Corpak® easily identifiable
• Screen or digital printing available all on site

Corpak® containers are designed to be reused again and again. But when your Corpak® is ready to retire, Corex can recycle and reprocess them, creating a circular economy.
